Best PC Video Games for 2022

November 4, 2022

If you’re looking for a new game to play on your PC in the year 2022, you’ve come to the right place. This article covers some of the top titles for the new decade. The list includes Bioshock Infinite, God of War: Ragnarok, Uncharted 4, and Monster Hunter Rise.

Bioshock Infinite

Bioshock Infinite is a straight-shooter that features some of the same powers and mechanics as the first two games. You play as Booker, who is sent to rescue a young woman trapped in a floating city in the future NFL Picks. It has some pretty blunt political allegories, but it’s also a fun action game with a trippy ending.

God of War: Ragnarok

God of War: Ragnarok is a video game set in Norse mythology. It is the sequel to the God of War video game series. The gameplay is similar to the first game, but with new additions. This game will feature new characters and mythological landscapes. It will also feature new gear and loot based on the era it takes place in.

Uncharted 4

Uncharted series is an action adventure game series with high production values. Its games have received critical acclaim for their cast, animation, gameplay mechanics, and music. The series has set the bar for single-player action games and has sold over 41 million copies. Its success boosted the PlayStation 7 and 8 generation of consoles and enhanced the developer’s reputation.

Monster Hunter Rise

While the PC version of Monster Hunter Rise isn’t cross-platform compatible, it’s still a great game, with tons of content and features. It has the same controls as the Switch version, but looks more fluid, has improved visuals, and supports Ultrawide 21:9 monitors. You can also tweak the game’s graphic settings to fit your needs, and there are even pre-order bonuses to look forward to.

Path of Exile

Path of Exile is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game. It is reminiscent of the Diablo series, but features a new, brutal, procedurally generated world and near-limitless replayability. The game is also very accessible, with versions for Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Mac.

Total War

Total War is a series of strategy games developed by Creative Assembly. These games blend turn-based strategy, resource management, and real-time land battles into one package. The historical setting is an integral part of the games’ appeal.

Metro Exodus

Metro Exodus is the Crysis of 2022, and it looks and plays its best on PC. However, the game is demanding on the GPU and will require a high-end graphics card. While there are a few tweaks for lower-grade systems, you will likely need a GTX 1070 or RTX 2060 to play at its best.

RDR 2

While many games feature cel-shaded graphics and a linear narrative, Red Dead Redemption 2 is a different kind of game. It features side missions and an open-world teeming with interesting locations and characters. Players can also explore the game’s open world and participate in other modes. If you loved the first Red Dead Redemption game, you’re bound to love the sequel.
