Online Games to Play In 2020

August 20, 2020

We have seen the emergence of various consoles but for many gamers around, their PC remains their favourite. And when we talk about PC gaming, online gaming is sure to follow. With ever improving technology, online games have reached neck to neck with consoles, covering various genres and game styles. If you are looking for some online games to try in 2020, then this list is just for you!

Dota 2

Dota 2 has been around for more than a decade now but what brings it back to the limelight every year is the International. This tournament reunites the best teams around the world for a coveted prize and trophy. For those who are new to Dota 2, it is a Multiplier role playing game where you choose heroes from a pool of over 105 heroes. The faceoff: a 5v5 match which includes strategy, skills and experience to win. The game allows matchmaking online, but you can also play against bots with its offline options.

World of Warcraft

The most popular multiplayer game is a must try in 2020. Especially because World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is set to release any time now. The trailer of the new expansion hit the internet last year, shortly after patch Visions of N’zoth. For the first time, you will be able to explore the open world beyond reality, reaching to the afterlife where old foes and friends will appear. If you enjoy open world fantasy games with magic, myth and great action and bosses, then World of Warcraft is here!

Online Roulette

Roulette needs no introduction! After being one of the most popular games in land-based casino sites, it finds its way to online casinos as well. And the game providers are making sure to design roulette games in such a way that players feel the same realistic ambience as that of a real casino. At Aspers Casino Online, they have reunited the best roulette variations, from European Roulette to American Roulette, in both standard and live versions. And you know what’s great? The online roulette games are all optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop devices.

Hearthstone

Another game by Blizzard Entertainment. Hearthstone is a free online card game that is available for play on Windows, Mac, iOS and even Android. The rules are simple; you need to accumulate cards that depict spells and character along with abilities. With them, you built a deck of 30 cards. Duel opponents and claim gold after each victory. Gold lets you purchase additional game materials and cards for more fun and even participation in ranked matches.

Fortnite Battle Royale

Join a battle ground that is unlike any other on this strategic action game of survival with over 5 million concurrent players. You are thrown on an island with 100 players as each one tries to be the last one standing. Fortnite is on a constant war with PUBG, a game with similar mechanism but based on a more realistic ambience. If you are keen on battling on other players and collect weapons to be the last one to survive, then Fortnite Battle Royal is yours to try!
